| Would it be a good idea for me to share what I think I may be comfortable with? Just at the moment I am trying to be aware of the food I am eating. I am trying to be aware that now I am living alone I need to make sure that I do eat properly and in a sensible way. I am asking and trying to listen when I am buying so that I may be open to trying new foods and to what I may need... This may not be a right viewpoint but... I see the flowers as being a bit like a luxury but at the moment I am aware that they may be a necessary luxury... I feel more comfortable with beginning with spraying an essence in the room or near me, but less comfortable ( at the moment ) with sipping. That is just a me thing for now... but I know that this is a relationship which will work with me.... Last year I remember looking around a chemist to see if they sold any perfumes that were simply flowers. I couldn't find anything but it was a thought I had. I didn't get anything because there wasn't anything and I don't wear perfume or make up. Just sharing a starting point!!! |

| So do I go out and buy one of those plant plastic water sprays and fill it with spring water and then buy a Flower essence and then put some of the drops from that into the sprayer and then use it to spray the room where I am going to sit? Or put some drops of the Flower essence in the bath? |

| | Quote: | I am not totally sure about understanding in what way Bach flower can be a luxury? is it about the price ? Is it about taking care of you being a luxury? Is it because flowers are considered as lovelly and only that and thinking of them for more is nothing more than futile cf no need not vital...and so a luxury anyone can not afford? |
All those....
If I had to choose between caring for my body and feeling Love inside, I would choose Love.
I can feel Love inside, and that is the most important thing, but maybe it is okay to look after myself a little this way too... but this | Quote: | | Is it about taking care of you being a luxury? | is what this may be about. Perhaps that is why I can feel Love.... |

| I also feel that a starting point would be to try just one essence first....... not a mix. After all, the butterfly goes to only one flower at a time... Thank you for your sharing... I send Love... |

| Just sharing.... I use soap, toothpaste, aloe vera herbal shampoo, deodorant and that is it.... I have no creams, nothing on my skin ever, no sun cream and no perfume. When it is hot I like to spray myself with water to cool down. So, that is what I mean when I say it might be a bit like a luxury to spray flowers in the air... |

| Thank you for your words,.... they are allowng me much thinking... | Quote: | | No need of the hight tech blood processus..No need of the elaborated brain and the neuroanl connextion..No need of the millions of nerves all connected through your body..to emit Love. |
When I came into all this it wasn't to emit Love. The thing that I wanted to know is this... do I have a spirit guide? The discovery wasn't of one alone but that there are many, always. It was after that that I discovered there is Love here.
The necessity for me taking responsibility for my own healing led to the steps of the discovery self healing. All I had to do was place my hands on myself and ask for Love. I looked at my hands and didn't know what would happen. I thought, well, they are my hands and I can stop at any moment.
This is how it felt... like I could breathe. Properly for the very first time. Deeply for the very first time. I breathed and could feel Love..... that felt like a total miracle....
So this where I am now is something for me is taking care of myself in a way that touches me deeply both within and the way that I can now share within life whilst I live... The miracle is the joy, just even in being able to breathe....
| Quote: | | If your purpose who nothing more, nothing less than vibrating Love...you would have been a flower, and nothing more or less than a flower. |
If I do nothing more from now on than be able to simply breathe in love that is enough always..
It isn't about vibrating love it is about me it is about caring for myself so much that I can breathe in love... it is what stirs my soul deeply inside but not just my soul but the very total physical essence of me which is sustained and supported by Love always...
Thank you for allowing me to see the miracle of me!
It is love that I can breathe in and feel because that is how it is... It is love that is within me and all this allows me to be me and walk and talk and enjoy and just simply love what I do!
I came into this to be me, to be Catherine. I know now today that I am. Thank you to you!
I am so so so so thankful that I can now say to the flowers and the mountains and to those I meet and the dancing sunlight on the lake and everything that I just meet and love.. Oh I Love you!
I know nothing more than this response of me to this living... and I don't even need to say it for I know I can smile and think it... I Love you! That's Love waves isn't it?
Blandine, thank you for your words, for allowing me to see this response of me... for your words allowed me to see me as I am.... even just to remember the wonderful joy of breathing... thank you for the miracle of you! You are so so special! |
